Baku: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received a delegation of the Arab Parliament led by its President, Mohamed Ahmed Alyammahi, on February 11, APA reports. He expressed optimism about the productive outcomes of the Arab Parliament delegation's visit, underscoring established high-level relations with the League of Arab States.
During the meeting, Alyammahi expressed gratitude to President Aliyev and congratulated him on the progress made in the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Alyammahi praised President Aliyev's efforts in fostering peace in the region and globally, noting the need for more leaders like him.
