Aghdara: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of the newly reconstructed highway connecting the Sarsang Reservoir to Umudlu village in the Aghdara district.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the event took place on March 18, where Saleh Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads, provided a briefing on the completed work. The reconstruction was undertaken following an order signed by President Aliyev last year, aiming to meet high standards.

The highway, classified as a fourth-class technical road, spans 9.4 kilometers with traffic lanes measuring 6 meters in width. Measures have been implemented to ensure smooth and safe traffic flow.
