After a meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Shusha, President Ilham Aliyev presented the Karabakh order to Baykar CEO Lutfi Haluk Bayraktar, APA reports.

According to the order of President Ilham Aliyev, Lutfi Haluk Bayraktar was awarded this high award for his contribution to strengthening fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey, developing of cooperation, ensuring the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
