President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree ratifying the ‘”Agreement on scientific and technological cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.”

The document was signed on July 11, 2024, in Islamabad, Pakistan.
