According to Trend News Agency, the decree bestowing the Duslyk Order on President Aliyev was publicly announced during a meeting in Kazan with Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of Tatarstan. The award is the highest state honor in Tatarstan and is given to individuals who have made significant contributions to bilateral relations and intercultural connectivity.
