According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the post highlights the significance of the Novruz celebration for President Aliyev, noting that this is the sixth year he has celebrated the holiday in Garabagh. The president first marked Novruz in Garabagh in 2021 and has continued the tradition annually. In the message, he expressed joy in lighting the Novruz bonfire in Garabagh, emphasizing the importance of this tradition.
