Baku: President Ilham Aliyev has announced that numerous international organizations and countries have expressed interest in the Nakhchivan segment of Azerbaijan's railway. In an interview with Azerbaijan Television conducted in Nakhchivan, President Aliyev highlighted the European Union as one of the prominent entities keen on the project.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev revealed that the European Union has already taken steps to engage with the initiative by sending representatives to Nakhchivan. These representatives have assessed the current situation and have shown a desire to participate actively in the development of this crucial railway corridor.
