President of Azerbaijan and First Lady Lay Flowers at National Leader’s Bas-Relief in Tashkent

Tashkent: On August 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva laid bouquets of flowers in front of the bas-relief of National Leader Heydar Aliyev at Heydar Aliyev Square in Tashkent.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the ceremonial gesture was part of the President and First Lady's official visit to Uzbekistan.
