Baku: The elevation of Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan relations to the level of strategic partnership is a clear manifestation of the steadfast will of the peoples of both nations, as expressed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. This statement was made in a congratulatory letter to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of Kyrgyzstan's National Day - Independence Day.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Aliyev extended his best wishes to President Japarov and the citizens of Kyrgyzstan. He highlighted the significant achievements under President Japarov's leadership, which include extensive construction works and reforms that have propelled socio-economic development in Kyrgyzstan.
