Baku: Luis Abinader, President of the Dominican Republic, has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter expresses President Abinader’s sincere and warm congratulations to President Aliyev. The letter also extends wishes for abundant prosperity and well-being to the people of Azerbaijan.
