President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has met with Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkiye Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.

Gunay Afandiyeva spoke about the activities of the organization aimed at promoting and furthering the ancient cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples. Afandiyeva communicated the importance of further strengthening the cooperation of the Foundation with the founding state within the framework of the transition of the chairmanship of the Turkic Cooperation Organizations to Turkiye. The President of the Foundation informed about the plans for the current year and brought to attention the significance of implementing joint projects.

Minister of Culture and Tourism of Turkiye Mehmet Nuri Ersoy highly appreciated the work done by the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation to preserve and pass on the ancient culture of the Turkic world to future generations. The Minister stressed the importance of strengthening ties in the field of cooperation with the organization and expressed readiness to provide comprehensive support to the targeted projects.

The meeting continued with an assessment of future prospects.
