Baku: President of the Republic of Latvia Edgars Rinkevics completed his official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan on April 23, APA reports. A guard of honor was present for Edgars Rinkevics at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, adorned with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Latvia.
