President of the European Council Charles Michel is on a visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Ch. Michel visited the Alley of Martyrs and laid a wreath in front of the memorial complex.

He also watched the view of Baku.

Note that EU Council President Charles Michel is visiting the South Caucasus region. He visited Armenia on July 16-17 and met with acting Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Armen Sargsyan.

Today, he will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.
