Baku: 'Azerbaijan's becoming a full-fledged participant of the Consultative Meeting marks the beginning of a new chapter in the positive development of our format,' stated President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during an informal meeting with the Heads of State of Azerbaijan and Central Asian countries held in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, President Tokayev highlighted that the inclusion of Azerbaijan as a full participant enhances the potential for political dialogue, investment growth, energy sector cooperation, industrial collaboration, and the establishment of a unified transport and logistics system.
In his remarks, President Tokayev pointed out that recent years have shown a steady increase in intraregional trade. He noted the expansion of business ties, the establishment of new joint ventures, the implementation of joint investment projects, and the strengthening of humanitarian relations among the participating countries.
