The official welcoming ceremony for Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was held in the village of Agaly, Zangilan region.

The national anthems of the Republic of Turkey and Azerbaijan were played here.

Aliyev and Erdogan walked around the guard of honor.

The leaders of the two countries held talks in Zangilan and took part in the groundbreaking ceremony for the “Smart Agricultural Park”, which will be built by Turkish specialists.

Zangilan region was liberated from the Armenian occupation in October 2020.
