Prohibited Activities in Azerbaijan’s Tourism Zones to Be Fined Up to AZN 4,000


Baku: Fines have been set for engaging in prohibited activities in tourism and recreation zones, this is reflected in the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, approved today by President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.



According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the law stipulates that individuals engaging in activities prohibited by the “Tourism Law” within tourism and recreation zones will face fines between 400 and 600 AZN. Officials found violating these regulations will incur fines ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 AZN. Legal entities will be subject to fines between 3,000 and 4,000 AZN.
