Baku:A proposed amendment to the Criminal Code aims to enforce criminal law measures against legal entities that fail to adhere to court judgments and decisions.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the amendment was discussed during a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Legal Policy and State Building.

These measures are intended to ensure that legal entities comply with legal obligations as determined by the courts.
