Baku: A meeting was held at the State Statistical Committee with a delegation led by Zehra Zmrt Sel§uk, Director General of the Statistical, Economic and Social Research and Training Centre for Islamic Countries (SESRIC) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), who is visiting Baku to participate in WUF13 events, State Statistical Committee told APA-Economics.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Committee Chairman Azer Mursagulov emphasized the successful continuation of cooperation in the field of statistics and highlighted the importance of jointly implemented projects and training programs. The training programs organized within the framework of cooperation with SESRIC contribute to the development of employees' professional knowledge and skills.

Zehra Zmrt Sel§uk expressed satisfaction with the existing cooperation and stressed the importance of continuing joint activities. The meeting also included an exchange of views on the development of cooperation and other issues of mutual interest.
