Psychologists of the Ministry conducted a psychological examination of young soldiers called up for active military service in the Civil Defense Troops with the organization of the Main Department for organization of activities on elimination of consequences of emergencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.  In accordance with the Organizational-Methodological Guidelines approved by the Ministry, the examination consisted of psychological tests and individual talks with each conscript.

The purpose of such preventive examinations is to identify and eliminate psychological problems that may arise during the period of adaptation among young conscripts.
