Presidents of Russia and Iran Vladimir Putin and Ebrahim Raisi noted their commitment to further work within the Astana Format, Kremlin press office announced Wednesday, according to TASS.
“The sides touched upon the issue of ensuring regional stability and security. In particular, the sides reaffirmed their commitment to further work within the Astana process on facilitation of the Syrian settlements,” the statement reads.
