Baku: Qarabag has announced the acquisition of French footballer Jeremie Gnali, enhancing their squad with the skilled left-wing defender from the Cypriot team AEK Larnaca.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Aghdam club has secured a 2.5-year contract with Gnali, who will now don the number 24 jersey for Qarabag. The 23-year-old is a product of the French club Metz's youth system and has previously played for Metz B, as well as Spanish teams Tarazona and Melilla during his career.

Gnali, who joined AEK Larnaca in August 2024, made a notable impression with his seven assists in 60 appearances for the Cypriot side. His experience and performance are expected to contribute significantly to Qarabag's defensive lineup in the upcoming seasons.
