According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the reconstruction process in the region represents an important opportunity to create modern infrastructure based on the principles of the '15-minute city.' Michael Mehaffy emphasized the importance of creating an urban environment in which residents can move not only by car, but also on foot, with convenient access to natural areas, public spaces, and commercial infrastructure within close proximity.

The Executive Director of the Sustasis Foundation noted that such an approach would help create more comfortable and sustainable cities for the future, adding that this opportunity should not be missed.
