Baku: The remains of Elchin Balakhan Guliyev, who went missing during the First Karabakh War, have been returned to his family. A farewell ceremony was held to honor the martyr.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, after the ceremony, Guliyev’s remains were interred in the ‘Dada Gorgud’ Martyrs’ Alley located in the Surakhani district of Baku.

Elchin Guliyev was born in 1965 in Vladimirovka village in the Sabirabad district. He went missing in 1992 in the city of Khojaly during the conflict.
