Zangilan: A new residential complex spanning nearly 2 hectares has been completed in Zangilan, comprising 12 buildings. The development includes 104 apartments, with eight buildings being two-story and four being three-story. The interior finishing of these buildings has been finalized.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the information was shared during a media tour organized for the city. The complex showcases modern architectural approaches and features amenities such as children’s and sports playgrounds. It also includes six above-ground and underground parking lots, a charging station for electric vehicles, and underground water reservoirs. A transformer has been installed to support the complex’s infrastructure.

The residential complex is strategically located in the city’s central part, providing easy access to a nearby school, kindergarten, and park. The area is classified as a medium-density, multifunctional zone, enhancing its appeal as a residential location.
