Yerevan: Only the resolution of the Karabakh issue has made peace with Azerbaijan possible, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated in an address to the nation.
According to Trend News Agency, the Prime Minister emphasized that some players had exploited the Karabakh issue for personal gain within Armenia.
Pashinyan asserted his commitment to leading Armenia with a strategy aimed at ending the Karabakh conflict. He noted that if the citizens disagreed with this approach, they had the option to revolt. However, no such revolution occurred, indicating, according to Pashinyan, a shared understanding with the public that resolving the Karabakh issue was essential for achieving peace.
