Worldwide famous photojournalist Reza Deghati has visited the Press Council of Azerbaijan today, Press Council told APA.

Chairman of the Council Aflatun Amashov noted that the organization, which is led by him, is a body conducting self-regulation of media in Azerbaijan, where journalists form themselves. Speaking about the issues of realities of the Second Karabakh War, conveying Azerbaijan’s just position to the world community, A. Amashov said that Azerbaijan has suffered from the policy of double standards in the world from time to time. From this point of view, it was especially important to deliver the occurrences in the war as they were. Everyone, who does it, is a favorite person of Azerbaijanis. From this point of view, R. Deghati is also an artist admired by the Azerbaijani society.
