Russia highly appreciates the position of the Organization of Turkic States on stabilization of the situation in Kazakhstan, said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova while commenting on the statement adopted at the extraordinary meeting of Foreign Ministers of Organization of Turkic States on January 11, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

In the first place, M. Zakharova stressed the importance of support for Kazakhstan’s independence.
