Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held a phone conversation with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, the press service of Russian MFA said, APA reports.
Topical issues of bilateral agenda, as well as holding high-level meetings were discussed during the phone conversation. Discussions on holding the 20th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation and the 8th Interregional Forum were conducted.
The Russian side expressed satisfaction with the results of the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs in News York mediated by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs on the sidelines of the 76th session of the UNGA.
