Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated during an interview with India Today that Russia only considers the possibility of using conventional weapons in Ukraine, denying the use of nuclear weapons in the conflict, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.

Besides, FM also reaffirmed that Russia does not seek to change the regime in Ukraine.
