Moscow — Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on the occasion of her birthday, APA reports.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Putin expressed his sincere congratulations and commended Aliyeva’s significant role in fostering the allied relations between Russia and Azerbaijan. He noted her “personal contribution to strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation” across various sectors. Putin also reminisced about their recent meeting in Baku, extending his best wishes for her health, happiness, prosperity, and success in her responsibilities. Additionally, he conveyed his warm regards to her husband, President Ilham Heydarovich, and all members of her family.
