Baku: Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, has addressed a letter of congratulation to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press News agency, the letter was sent to commemorate Azerbaijan's Independence Day, celebrating the nation's achievements and the strengthening of ties between Tatarstan and Azerbaijan. President Minnikhanov expressed his well wishes and reaffirmed the mutual respect and cooperation that exists between the two regions.
