Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on increasing the monthly allowances for active military servicemen, special rank employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the monthly salaries of non-civil servants, APA reports.
