Baku: Saudi Arabian citizens, along with those from Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain, will be able to travel to Azerbaijan without a visa, starting February 15, 2026, until February 15, 2027. This initiative aims to enhance travel opportunities and bolster diplomatic relations between the nations, as announced by the State Migration Service.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the new regulations will permit citizens of these countries to enter Azerbaijan up to three times within the specified period, with each stay not exceeding 30 days. Those planning to visit for purposes beyond tourism or for extended stays must obtain the appropriate visa as per Azerbaijani law.
Additionally, individuals from third countries who possess temporary or permanent residence permits valid for at least six months from Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar can obtain a single-entry 30-day tourist visa at Azerbaijani international airports during this period.
Visitors staying in Azerbaijan for more than 15 days are reminded to register at their place of stay as per the Migration Code. If necessary, foreigners must apply to the State Migration Service to extend their stay or secure a temporary residence permit, either in person at ASAN Service centers or online via the Service's official website, before the expiration of their authorized stay.
