On November 20, at about 12:05, one suspicious package was found on the surface of the water during the observation of the area by the border guard vessel of the SBS Coast Guard guarding the state border in the southern part of the Caspian Sea, State Border Service (SBS) told APA.

During the inspection of the package, a drug-like substance with a total weight of 4 kg 365 grams was found and seized, and the investigation was launched.
