School Renovated by Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Ujar Commissioned

Ujar: The secondary school No 2 in Ujar district has been commissioned following the renovations under the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, APA reports. The school building, which was built between 1958 and 1960, had become unusable due to structural deterioration.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the reconstruction of the three-story, 720-seat school, consisting of five blocks, was completed in December 2025. The renovated school now includes classrooms, laboratories for physics, chemistry, and biology, rooms dedicated to information technologies and military training, as well as labor training rooms. Additionally, the school is equipped with a library, a canteen, sports halls, and an open-air sports ground. All necessary furniture and equipment have been provided to support the educational needs of the students.
