Second Day of Baku Energy Forum Focuses on Energy Transformation

Baku: The second day of the Baku Energy Forum, a strategic platform for energy dialogue, has commenced within the framework of the 31st Baku Energy Week, APA-Economics reports. The forum has gathered attention due to its role in shaping discussions around energy transformation and future strategies.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the day's agenda includes discussions on topics such as 'Leaders' Perspectives on Energy Transformation and Future Strategies,' and capacity-building sessions. Other key sessions will cover 'Energy Efficiency and the ESCO Investment Platform: Connecting Global ESCO Experience with Azerbaijan's Major Energy Consumers,' the 'Gas Session - Markets, Transport Routes and Geopolitics,' and 'Energy Bridges: From Green Energy to Regional Integration.'

The event, supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, sees the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) as its principal partner. The forum is being held at the Baku Congress Center, with around 600 delegates expected to participate. Attendees include representatives from countries such as Azerbaijan, Germany, the United States, the UAE, and the United Kingdom, among others. The program features approximately 60 speakers from various sectors of the global energy industry.
