Jabrayil: A second residential complex will be built in the city of Jabrayil, covering an area of 5.28 hectares. Under the project, 23 buildings with 5 and 6 floors will be constructed, Ilhamiya Rzayeva, head of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction, and Management Service in Jabrayil, Gubadli, and Zangilan districts, told journalists.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Rzayeva noted that the buildings will include a total of 615 apartments consisting of one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-room units. She emphasized that all necessary conditions will be created in the complex to ensure comfortable living for residents.
Providing details about the third residential complex, Rzayeva added that its total area will exceed 5 hectares. She stated that the construction of 25 buildings with 5, 6, and 7 floors is planned, and the project will include 746 apartments with one to five rooms.
It was noted that both complexes will be built in accordance with modern standards, equipped with the necessary social infrastructure, and will represent another important step in the reconstruction of Jabrayil city. On October 28, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, laid the foundation stone of the second and third residential complexes in the city of Jabrayil.
