Baku: Khusrav Noziri, Secretary General of the Economic Cooperation Organization, has extended his congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of Independence Day.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the congratulatory message was sent as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of Azerbaijan’s independence. The Economic Cooperation Organization, which aims to promote economic, technical, and cultural cooperation among its member states, values its relationship with Azerbaijan. President Aliyev received the message as the nation celebrated its sovereignty and the strides it has made since gaining independence.
