Baku: Martin Chungong, Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), along with his spouse, Stella Chungong, visited Victory Park in Baku on April 4. During their visit, they laid flowers at the Victory Monument.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the Chungongs were briefed on the significance of the park, which stands as a commemoration of the Victory and honors the valor of the Azerbaijani people during the Patriotic War. The park also serves as a tribute to the memory of Azerbaijani martyrs.
