Secretary-General of the Intergovernmental Organization for International Rail Transport (OTIF) Wolfgang Küpper has been in the Horadiz city of the Fuzuli region within the framework of his visit to Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports.

Wolfgang Küpper got acquainted with the construction process carried out in the Horadiz-Agband railway line. The gest was informed about the importance of the project and the works to be carried out.
