Baku: Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Asaf Hajiyev, has sent a letter of congratulation to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the Novruz Holiday.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the message from Asaf Hajiyev was addressed to President Aliyev to mark the traditional celebration of Novruz.
