The technical director of Turkish company Baykar, Selcuk Bayraktar, congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on Victory Day, APA reports citing his Twitter account.
“Happy 2nd anniversary of the return of the occupied lands of our dear Azerbaijan to its Motherland. May the souls of our holy martyrs rest in peace,” the post reads.
