“Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC has founded the Shahbulaq Mining company together with StarMining, the winner of the competition for the Shahbulaq quarry project to be implemented in our territories freed from occupation,” Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov said on Twitter.

“Currently, geological research works are being carried out in order to specify the reserve of the Shahbulaq deposit located in Aghdam district,” the minister tweeted.
