Baku: The Grape and Wine Festival is set to take place in Shamakhi on September 19-20. Organized by the Shamakhi District Executive Authority, Abgora restaurant, and the Nasimi Gardens complex, the festival will occur in the village of Meysari, located in the Shamakhi district.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the festival, now in its fifth year, aims to promote local grape and wine production, enhance the export potential of wine products, and educate the public about the history of viticulture and winemaking in Azerbaijan. The festival will also showcase the work carried out in this field.

Various wine brands will participate in the event, presenting their products at the viticulture and winemaking complex of Shirvan Wines LLC in Meysari. Over the course of the two-day event, attendees will have the chance to learn more about viticulture and winemaking, explore Azerbaijan's tourism offerings, and enjoy entertainment programs and performances.
