On the afternoon of January 13, in the village of Agburun, Khojavend region, the shepherd Elshan Humbatov, born in 1971, died as a result of an explosion of ammunition.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Humbatov was grazing cattle and found the ammunition, which exploded in his hand. Humbatov died on the spot.
