Baku: The Shusha City State Reserve Department will oversee the construction of multi-apartment buildings and individual residential houses as part of efforts to facilitate the return of the population to the district. This initiative is outlined in the amendment to the “Regulations of the Shusha City State Reserve Department” enacted by a decree from President Ilham Aliyev.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the decree has expanded the activities and duties of the Shusha City State Reserve Department. The department is now tasked with organizing the construction projects aimed at accommodating residents returning to the area. This development is a significant step in the broader efforts to rebuild and repopulate the region.
