According to Union of OIC News Agencies, during his speech at the opening ceremony of the third Shusha World Media Forum, Hajiyev articulated that Shusha holds a special place in Azerbaijani culture as the birthplace of numerous influential writers and thinkers who have played a role in preserving the nation's cultural and scientific legacy.
