Singapore: President of the Republic of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the letter was sent on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan. President Shanmugaratnam expressed his pleasure in extending warm congratulations and heartfelt wishes on behalf of the people of Singapore to President Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan.
