Baku: SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf recently met with Fatoumata Sanogo, Chief Executive Officer of PETROCI Holding, to evaluate the progress of their collaborative efforts on the Baleine oil and gas field development project. The meeting, which took place on July 7, was marked by mutual satisfaction regarding the advancements made under the project.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, both parties expressed their contentment with the ongoing cooperation and discussed the progress achieved thus far. The meeting also served as a platform to explore further development of their partnership. Various avenues for collaboration were discussed, including development and production, oil and petroleum products trading, refining, digitalization, application of artificial intelligence, and human capital development.
The discussions highlighted the importance of the Baleine project and underscored the commitment of SOCAR and PETROCI Holding to continue their partnership across multiple sectors of mutual interest.
