Last year, the main part of SOCAR’s income was obtained from the sale of crude oil and oil products.

The company told AZERTAC that as a result of optimization and technological transformation measures, SOCAR managed to significantly increase its operational efficiency in 2021. The total turnover of the company increased by 56.3 percent and reached 77.5 billion manats. During the reporting period, the increase in SOCAR’s income was caused by the integrated activity of enterprises, the added value created by digital energy technologies, as well as the increase in the prices of oil, gas and petrochemical products in the world market.
